William (Bill) has led a diverse life, rich with experience in international adventure and various industries with 12 years as a founder/entrepreneur and operator. Bill has founded multiple companies, with diverse experience in the trenches, building companies from the ground up to the boardroom, across multiple continents (30+ countries), business development, corporate strategy, capital raising, complex financial structures, and corporate structure. Bill is currently the CEO of Ecovent Systems Inc, director/investor at ConnectM, director/investor at Cambridge Clean Energy Ltd and limited partner at Southwood Partners.
Bill holds a BA in Sociology & Business from University of New York at Albany and a Masters in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. Bill is active in advising start-ups and early stage companies in Boston and globally. Outside of business, Bill enjoys various activities including Sailing Pleasure/Racing, Skiing/Snowboarding, White Water Rafting, Guitar/Music, Hunting/Fishing, Martial Arts, Boxing, Yoga, Golf, Cooking, Painting and Extensive Travel.
Prior to joining ConnectM, Sriram Chidambaram worked for different multinational companies such as Philips Electronics, Cadence Design Systems and Parametric Technology Corporation. At Parametric Technology Corporation, he was the Regional Manager for the Strategic Segment, responsible for the business from Automotive, Aviation, HiTech and Defence customers. Prior to that, he worked for Cadence for about 8 years, where he was responsible for the business from Global customers like Texas Instruments, IBM, Philips & Samsung and key Indian customers like Wipro, HCL & the TATAs.
For the last 17 years, Sriram Chidambaram has handled high value sales of technology products and services. He has driven multi-million dollar sales campaigns successfully. He has a rich experience of orchestrating multi-geography sales campaigns and handling customers with a global footprint. He has an engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India and a management degree from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His other interests include matters of public policy, specifically, areas of Urban Governance and the Economics of poverty alleviation schemes. He has presented papers in international conferences on public policy.

Jim has twenty-two years experience as an engineer and entrepreneur spanning industries from e-commerce, mobile and IoT. As co-founder and CTO of Click Commerce, Inc. he worked with C-level management at Accenture, American Standard, Brunswick, Kawasaki, Komatsu, Microsoft, and more to navigate the pioneering days of e-commerce in the manufacturing sector. Jim has led engineering groups at Microsoft and numerous VC-backed startups in Chicago, Seattle, and the Silicon Valley. As a VP at the startup GIANT Company, he helped facilitate its acquisition by Microsoft in 2004. Jim still makes time to architect and build software and is the creator of popular IoT services dweet.io, and freeboard.io.
Girish came on board ConnectM in November 2007. Before joining ConnectM, Girish was with Core Objects, India Pvt. Ltd. as the development lead.
While at Core Objects, he has lead teams in delivering a variety of software products ranging from, hosting an online platform for selling high value Indian artworks to global customers, to working on a highly scalable web based auction platform built for a US client to sell various items sourced from US police department and retailers.
Prior to CoreObjects he was with Integral Software India Pvt. Ltd., where again he worked on a number of projects. At Integral, he was associated in building a cross operating system based FOREX trading platform along with UI frameworks to interact and deliver real time content to the application layer. He has also worked at i2 technologies where he was involved in SRM and Content Management Solutions development.
Girish brings with him 18+ years of overall experience in software industry including 14 years of focused experience in software product development. He has extensive exposure to Microsoft, Java and open source technologies.
He holds a Master of Computer Applications from DOEACC, New Delhi.
Vinay has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience with strong focus on meeting client needs. He has extensive experience in architecting enterprise solutions for solving complex business problems across multiple industries, including Financial services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, Higher Education.
Current projects involve helping clients map out data driven strategies to transform themselves into innovative and harmonized businesses using emerging technologies (IOT, Big Data Analytics and Cloud) to gain competitive advantage.
Matt has enjoyed a deep professional history across real estate (finance & construction) and information technology industries where he’s had the privilege of taking on many diverse roles, across sales, sales leadership, operational restructuring with full P&L responsibilities along with channel and partner ecosystem development. As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Matt leads the Go To Market Strategy and Execution of ConnectM Technology Solutions Inc. and Ecovent Systems.
Matt holds a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University and is active in Boston’s start-up ecosystem, mentoring through Northeaster's McCarthy(s) Venture Mentor Network (VMN) and involvement with Mass Challenge. Outside of business, Matt enjoys water and snow skiing, travelling and is looking forward to taking on the NH48 (48 mountains in NH over 4,000 ft in elevation) with girlfriend and 2 dogs.
Nick is the mechanical engineering and algorithm mastermind behind Ecovent’s technical development. He has nine years’ experience in architecture development, mechanical engineering design and testing, and control systems for missile defense, and he holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M and an MSEE from the University of Pennsylvania. When Nick isn’t building vents, he is spending time with his three children, two dogs, two horses, and loving wife. He also loves to play soccer and dreams of the day he will complete his Jeep rebuild.
Bhaskar has a rich experience of more than 25 years as a serial entrepreneur Bhaskar has an extensive experience in setting up, building, formulating corporate strategy and direction for various successful organizations.. He is currently Chairman of ConnectM Technology Solutions and Cambridge Energy Resources . He is also a General Partner in Avanti Holdings, Cambridge Energy Holdings, and Southwood Partners.
Bhaskar was co-founder and Chairman of Cambridge Technology Enterprises, global business and technology Services Company specializing in enterprise transformation and modernization services. Bhaskar led a successful IPO of Cambridge Technology Enterprises on both Bombay and National Stock Exchange in India. Under his leadership during five years, Cambridge Technology had grown at 100% CAGR. Prior to Cambridge Technology Enterprises,. Bhaskar also served as CEO of Cell
Exchange, an enterprise systems developer to Government enterprises and a Washington Technology Fast 50 company. Before that, he served as the CEO of Unique Computing Solutions and e-Solutions Integrator, Internet technology and services firms. Unique Computing was named twice on Inc. 500 List of fastest growing private companies, Deloitte Regional Fast 50 and National Fast 500 rosters. Bhaskar holds a BS in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Suratkal, India. Besides his entrepreneurial interests, he enjoys golf, keenly follows cricket and loves social networking.
Gaugarin Oliver is a successful serial entrepreneur, startup mentor, and angel investor. His twenty-eight years of experience includes acquisitions of his companies by large corporations and launching new business initiatives within large corporations. His current company CapeStart helps early-stage companies with offshore product development services and has successfully launched numerous products. He is also the co-founder of FullIntel (business intelligence for executives) and serves as an advisor and board member at several startups and nonprofits. He previously sold MyMediaInfo to Thomson Reuters and then was a key player in a $390 million M&A transaction between two large corporations (NASDAQ and Thomson Reuters). He served in senior executive roles at both Thomson Reuters and NASDAQ. In addition, he was Vice President at Cymfony (now part of Cision) a leading media intelligence platform using natural language processing technology.
His other startup experiences include Mobixell (wireless multimedia), Lojalis (mobile loyalty), UltiVerse (mobile messaging) and Voice Control Systems (speech recognition). He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Technology in India, MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and executive education from Harvard Business School.

Dr. Satish Tadikonda is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer and is a Board of Director of Virtify, a market leader in structured content management for the life sciences industry. With over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Satish’s expertise spans drug and medical device development, and software systems development. Prior to Virtify, Satish was the founder of Tribiosys, Inc., a Cambridge, MA-based scientific consulting company. Prior to Tribiosys, he was the Founder, CEO and President of Enmed, Inc., a clinical trial and data management systems development company. Earlier in his career, Satish held senior positions at EPIX Medical, Inc. and at Hewlett-Packard Medical Products Group.
Satish holds a Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India. He has published and presented more than 30 articles in peer- reviewed journals and international conferences on topics in global labeling, medical imaging, clinical trial data management/disclosure, and technology in the life sciences. Satish is also a member of the Board of Directors of NuView Inc., and TiE-Boston, and serves on the Advisory Board of AlephCloud. He is an Executive Partner of Blue Cloud Ventures, a fund focused on investing in in fast growing SaaS, PaaS and enterprise application and infrastructure software companies. Satish is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs and is an active member of the TiE Angel Network. In addition to his professional pursuits, Satish is an avid golfer, a college football fan and enjoys the arts. He is also a co-owner of the Transcend Art Gallery located in Hyderabad, India.
